A pie theft

One day, when Robin, Luke, Angelica, and I were playing at Angelica's house, we decided to play a board game called Critter Bridge Mania. But Robin decided to dance instead.

A little later, Angelica's mom baked a blueberry pie. While we waited for it to cool, we decided to play superheroes. I was Super Jason, a critter of enormous strength and appetite.

A few minutes later, when the pie was cool, we came back. But the pie was gone! A band of rowdy critter detectives decided to search for the stolen item.

As we were going to see the Wilders, to see if they knew anything, a curious shadow appeared. It was the Packbat, from the myths and legends of Calico Village! Thump, thump, thump, came a loud noise from behind the trees, and the Gator Possum, from the myths and legends, appeared.

It was lucky that I had just discovered that Gabriel Woolly had put jalapeños in my hamburger and hot dogs. Suddenly I had an idea. I threw them at Packbat and Gator Possum.

And then, Luke had an idea, a brilliant idea. He went to see if Packbat had left the pie when he ran away because of the jalapeños. Then he took the pies. There were a lot of them. They looked odd. Then, Packbat must have poisoned them! So he threw them in the river.

When we had come back, we discovered that Calico Village was in chaos because of that. Then Luke told them that everything was okay, because the pies were in the river. As a reward, he got his own new pie!
